Tom is a master motivator who has launched hundreds of
people into their own businesses nationwide. He is President and CEO of
Marketplace Millions, an organization he founded to serve the needs of
fellow entrepreneurs, or those just starting out in their own business. Tom
began his career in business as the owner of one of the largest party planning
and catering businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area. That experience led him
to realize the need that virtually all new business owners have – the need
for motivating, mentoring and training.

American Dream is truly achievable to anyone who wants it and is willing to
work for it. His commitment is to equip each business seeker with the

successful in business. Many of the people Tom has mentored and motivated have
gone on to be highly successful in their business lives, earning far more than
they did previously.
Tom has been featured in US News and

He has a degree in Philosophy and Religion,
as well as an M.Div from Bethel Seminary. He was a previous board member of a
mission organization and is highly committed to Christian service. He has been
happily married to his wife, Carmel, for 26 years and they have three children.
Tom’s personal interests include travel, movies, scuba diving and eating
Italian food.
